Blowers

Now that you have mowed the lawns, trimmed the shrubs and the edges, you have debris everywhere. On the paths, the driveway, the patio and the garden.

What is the best way to clean it up?

A rake, a broom or a Blower.

A Blower is quicker and easier, and a lot more efficient.

There is a large choice covering minor clean ups to very large jobs.

Electric, battery-powered or petrol, hand-held or backpack, cheap or more expensive. The choice is up to the consumer.

What should you look for. A quality Brand, lightweight, long warranty, and if petrol, preferably assembled and pre-delivered by a specialist dealer. Obviously if you have a problem with starting a petrol machine, I would think that the new-age battery-powered units would be the best choice.

With a hand-held blower, some have the air-intake on the left-hand side of the engine. If you use your right hand when using the blower, you may find your clothes being sucked against the blower.  This can be quite inconvenient.

Think whether or not you need a vacuum attachment. Changing from blowing to vacuuming can be a bit time-consuming and annoying. Many vac attachments sit in the shed for years.

A Specialist Dealer will give you excellent advice once you explain your personal needs.
